About Dazzling Homes
Trusted Partner in Construction and Design
Dazzling Residential Homes, LLC (“Dazzling” or the “Developer”) is a Texas-based residential real estate development company led by Monick Gandhi. Since its founding, the firm has delivered over 343 residential units across single-family homes, townhomes, multifamily developments, and high-end custom residences throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas.
As a fully integrated platform, DH serves as Owner, Developer, Builder, and General Contractor across its residential projects in Dallas and the surrounding metrople. Dazzling operates across the full development lifecycle: land acquisition, entitlement, horizontal and vertical development, and disposition. The firm maintains annual construction capacity of up to 100 single-family homes through its established relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal agencies. This vertical integration provides both operational efficiency and a built-in absorption mechanism for the lots and projects the firm develops.
The company’s geographic footprint spans 12+ North Texas cities, providing diversified market exposure and deep familiarity with the regulatory, construction, and demand environments across the region.
Founder’s Message
At Dazzling Homes, our journey began with a simple belief: thoughtfully built homes create lasting value for both families and investors. Since co-founding the company in 2015, I have remained committed to building residential projects with a focus on quality, discipline, and long-term vision.
What started with personal investment in spec home construction has grown into a multifaceted real estate platform with experience across acquisition, development, construction, sales, rentals, and property management. Along the way, we have built and sold more than 100 residential units, ranging from starter homes to luxury residences, while continuing to refine our process from concept to completion.
Today, Dazzling Homes is focused on multifamily development in some of Dallas’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Our goal is not simply to build structures, but to create well-designed communities that serve residents, strengthen neighborhoods, and generate strong returns for our investment partners.
We take pride in staying flexible, disciplined, and hands-on throughout the real estate lifecycle. By combining market insight with operational execution, we aim to deliver projects that stand the test of time.
